"I recently hired Pure Water Services for a series of plumbing issues in our home that we purchased as a short sale and in dire need of repair. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was timely and top-notch! First, they installed a new sink and disposal in our kitchen. The process was seamless, and the plumber was punctual, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He walked me through the installation, ensuring everything was done to my satisfaction. Next, we had a pesky shower leak that was causing damage to the ceiling below. Patrick quickly diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs. I appreciated his attention to detail and the effort to minimize disruption to our home. The leak was completely resolved, and weâ re relieved that further damage was prevented. Finally, we needed the pressure regulator on our sprinkler system replaced after the prior owner failed to winterize the system. Again, Patrick was efficient and thorough and ensured the value and system was functioning properly before leaving. Overall, the professionalism, expertise, and customer service provided by Pure Water Services were outstanding. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have. I will definitely be calling them again for future projects!"

"Water heaters are not cheap. I was very satisfied with the quote and the fact that I was able to buy a 20 year warranty with the one I purchased. Louis installed a damaged water heater that he referred to as only cosmetic Luckily I was able to have Dustin come out and install a new one the very next day. Excellent customer service. They didn t question me about replacing it. Hopefully they replaced Louis."

"Very professional, fast and quality work. We needed a water heater and they came out the same day. We had a 40 gallon storage tank water heater and had it replaced with a 50 gallon. They replaced three or valves all of the water heater lines and gas line. New drip pan and drain set up with a leak alarm."

"MJR added a driveway drain, gravel and compacted. Martin was super easy to work with and was prompt with all communications. The work was completed as desired and works great by diverting surface water."

"Had a great experience with Lanney and Patrick. They installed a new tankless water heater and a water softener system in my basement. These guys were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them for water heater and/or water softener projects."

"The service call went very well. The technician performed some tests, readjusted the water level and flow and then pronounced that I really didn't need a new toilet."

"Val did an outstanding job. He is proficient, thorough, did this job with ease. My husband thought we could replace a toilet ourselves after viewing a you-tube video. We do not have these skills... The first thing Val did is to shut off the water. That was rusted, then leaking!!!. OMG I was grateful we hire a true professional. Val, The Flying Plumber was outstanding!!! We would highly recommend him for any job. I am very happy to report my marriage is still intact. My husband was also very happy that I hired a plumber. We love Val, and he will now be our plumber of choice!!!! Great guy and great work. Ask him how he named his company. He is amazing.... Thank You, Val. Pat Carlson Effland."

"We met Jason when we needed to attach plumbing for our ADU to our main septic/plumbing. He was fast, efficient and priced fairly compared to some of the big companies. I would 100% recommend him."
