"When I first called and left William Benford a message he called back within a couple of hours, he came out in undesirable weather to give me a free estimate, then emailed the estimate the same day he came out. I could hardly even get any of the other companies to call me back, and when I did they would say they were coming and never show up. The first estimate he gave was incorrect due to a miscalculation, and he took the extra supply cost out of labor to make up for the mistake.
I called to confirm the project on Tuesday and it was finished by Friday night! I made changes to the original plan and he and his crew worked with me so I would get the finished product I wanted.
