They schedule the installation within a few days. We had some rotting/ disintegrating wood under our gutters, so they replaced that and installed/ took the old gutters away quickly. The only reason I took a couple half stars away is was that the representative was about an hour late, but he was nice to call to warn us. Also, the installation on new gutters is quite expensive, but they provided us with several discounts and interest free financing. However, with a lifetime (50 years) warranty, we’re hoping to never think about gutters again."

"Bernie was very helpful and knowledgeable about his field from day one. Of the 4 quotes we got Bernie was the only one to mention replacing the under laying wood. I know this comes at an additional cost, but it showed that he actually got up on the roof and inspected it before giving me an estimate. Personally, I'd rather know up front what my costs are going to be than to have surprises half way through a project. With Bernie the estimate was the cost at the end of the project and we were more than pleased with the work done. The weather in Pittsburgh has been crazy this year, but he and his crew were able to get the roof completed in less than 3 days and it looks great! "We were very pleased with Clean and Clear.  Although we played a little phone tag, our calls were returned in a very timely manner.  They were very friendly on the phone and answered my many questions - I was concerned about possibly needing repairs and wanted one stop shopping.  I also inquired about gutter covers vs routine maintenance, and appreciated the frank advice I received including comparison of costs over the next 2 -3 years.  The next day they came over and did an estimate while we were out.  Further questions were answered and within several days the job was done (cheerfully, even in not such great weather.)  Jerry even went out of his way to get covers that matched the color of our gutters.  (When I bought them myself many years ago I hadn't thought to do that.)
All in all, we were very satisfied from estimate to clean up.

"My mother & father (senior citizens) purchased a ranch home to move into that need a lot of work.  I had used Toth Roofing at my house (slate roof) in the past, and they did an excellent job.  We researched roofing companies on Angies List & we got 3 estimates before we chose Toth Roofing to work on my parent's roof.  Steve Toth returned my call the same day & he came to give me an estimate within the same week.  Steve was very professional & he was on the job working with his crew.  The job was scheduled to take 1 day.  Steve & his crew came on a Saturday to do the job.  Toth Roofing was on time, his crew was professional and hard working, they stayed late to get the job completed, and it looks great.  They installed a seamless gutter on 1 side of the house that was over 50 feet long.  Steve had his crew clean out the gutters before they left, and we found that 1 of the existing gutters & downspouts was rusted & should also be replaced.  Steve came back the next week to replace that gutter & downspout for only $50 more.  
I wouldn't consider using anyone else in the future for any roof work that I will need or that my parents will need.
