"I have called Reggie out for different services. And he always responded back in a quickly manner. He is very reliable and dependable with great customer service . I had a pipe repair done, roof work and he also lit my hot water heater and fireplace. Just last week I called he to come check on a leak I had in the attic. "Joshua Jackson of J & Junior Plumbing was truly very good: professional, transparent, communicative, responsive to texts and calls. Three men showed up and installed a tankless water heater in my old house. They took away the 30 gallon old heater. Joshua recommended a tankless heater that was more expensive than other heater units but explained that the one he uses does not require addition fittings (stainless steal exhaust vent--this one uses PVC pipe exhaust through existing hole in roof without special roof hood)."

"My hot water heater went out Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The owner contacted me immediately after I messaged. And said he would come out Friday AM to give an estimate. He arrived on time and gave me a bid comparable with other non-emergency bids in our area. He installed the new water heater on Saturday mourning before 9AM and we had hot water by 10AM."
