"We were upfront about existing structural issues in our bathroom, and the sales rep assured us they would work around them. Instead, the crew cut the supporting studs to access a basement wall (without telling us before he did), causing the bathroom floor to sink an inch and detach from the walls. Despite the floor being physically unsafe to walk on, the company claims this is merely "cosmetic damage" and refuses to cover the repairs. They have zero internal communication and will blame you for their own failures. Do not trust them with your home."

"I needed a step raised as it had sunk over the years. I reached out to Stabil Solutions, Inc as well as 2 other companies for quotes. Stabil Solutions, Inc had the best price and their work was completely to my satisfaction. Ralph and Justin were on time, very professional and personable. I definitely recommend their company."

"Mehdi did a great job installing tile floor and a backsplash in our old kitchen before selling our home. He did it within a week and at a very reasonable cost compared to other providers. Our rec. room carpet had a couple stains since we had moved in years before. I tried several times to remove the stain with over-the-counter stain removers without success."

"I informed the company that the driveway had to look exactly the same, per HOA rules. The company stamped the driveway with their logo. I saw the logo a couple hours after they left. I called them and asked them to repair it and they refused. I was also disappointed that the workers shoved all the trash they generated in the trenches they dug next to the driveway and then buried it."

"Workman took three days to shore up the foundation of this very old garage. He was polite, and did a nice job. Estimates from several providers were all over the map, since some recommended extensive work involving the use of helical piers, and installation of a new concrete block foundation. I went with more conservative repair.. It looks fine, and I hope I made the right decision."

J&M Concrete is a family business with over 30 years of experience. I started in the industry when I was just 16 years old. We take great pride in the quality of work we do. When we get done with a project, the difference is night and day. Whatever the project may be, you can definitely count on a job well done the first time around.

"My garage floor was coated in 2013 with a 10-year warranty, and areas have not adhered properly many times. The company sends workers to "fix" the affected areas, but the fixes do not hold up. The company re-coated the floor once, but I believe that the bare floor was not ground properly when the coating was first applied. Now my floor is unsightly with areas bare or that have been re-worked over and over and not looking like the original finish. A few weeks ago, workers came to re-work the areas, but I told them not to do so because I wanted a more permanent solution to the problems. I have had several email communications with a manager. All they seem to want to do is apply more coating to the affected areas. This pretty much makes the warranty useless."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Baldwin, MD

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
