Scope of work included demolition and removal of a substantial part of an outdated basement, new electrical and lighting, new flooring, ceiling, and walls, interior painting, restoration of staircase, and total renovation of a basement bathroom, including addition of a new shower, as well as handling all permitting and inspection (code) requirements.
