"I had called a different company, scheduled a pro to change the main spigot outside which was damaged & rusty. I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. "Wayne arrived on time and was friendly and professional. Our capacitor was dead and so he installed a temporary to see if that was the only problem. Unfortunately it wasn't. All the freon had leaked out over the winter. Wayne added a small amount at no cost to us so he could determine where the leak was located and then presented me with all my options from simply replacing the capacitor and freon (not reccommended as the current price of freon is high and it could all leak out again quickly) to replacing the a/c system. Since our a/c is 16 years old it is time for a new  more efficient system. He wrote me up a reasonable estimate and we will probably go with Dayco after getting 2 more estimates for comparison's sake. Wayne was at my home for over an hour and took plenty of time to explain everything to me. I was charged the agreed upon price for the service call which will be deducted from the cost of the new unit if we use Dayco. All in all a positive experience.
