"I found Kopa Bros. after doing a search for a handicap remodel on our mobile home. My husband is disabled and we needed to add to our existing deck with a ramp, plus make changes to our home for a walker and wheelchair. Jim and his team came and did an excellent job on our deck and ramp which made getting outside so much easier for my husband. Inside we remodeled 2 bedrooms and half bath into a full handicapped accessible bathroom and larger bedroom to accommodate his walker. We also removed carpet and installed laminate flooring from the bedroom, hall, living and kitchen. Jim gave us a fair price and completed the work beautifully and beyond our expectations. They cleaned up behind themselves every day and did their best to minimize the impact on our routine. Our children were surprised and pleased along with us at what a difference was made to our home! "Jim is wonderful — one of the best around Saratoga Springs. He created our dream kitchen in about 8 weeks; this was a complete remodel — demo, electrical, plumbing, cabinet/appliance install, flooring, backsplash, crown molding, and a brand new pantry he built himself. During that time, he also made a spacious closet for our upstairs guest bedroom. Always on time, incredibly reliable, communicative, and trustworthy — not to mention meticulously clean. "Joe and his crew showed up on time and demoed our oversized 2 car garage and removed 2 dumpsters of debris. They returned the next day to remove the foundation and slab, witch required another dumpster. They also brought in multiple loads of fill, topsoil, and decorative stone to landscape the yard. They also laid 1500 square feet of sod and built us a new storage shed. We are very happy with all of the work completed and plan to use Excellent Exteriors for future projects."
