"Over three years ago I fortunate to find Taylor Made Custom Contracting to work with on the remodel of my newly purchased 1959 house in Bel Air. Kevin was a joy to work with and totally got the remodel I was trying to do, which was easier said than done. Some of the features I wanted were nontraditional to say the least, and on top of that I had not actually moved into the house yet. Kevin had the additional pressure of working with me long distance! With all of that on the table, the construction job could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Kevin's flexibility and the skills of the crew, and lots of texts, emails, calls, and photo tours. I did manage to make a couple of trips to visit while the house was under construction, so I was able to see the process from the framework up to the finish. The first thing I noticed was the complete care that the team took with each phase of the remodel, and the beauty of the finished product. In the end, the finished remodel far exceeded my original vision and three years later I am still in love with my new home. I was so satisfied that I have called on Kevin several times, since the original remodel, for other projects. Last year, Kevin and his team completed a beautiful backyard porch for us, that we still ask ourselves how we did without. Bottom line, I would highly recommend Taylor Made, Kevin, and his entire team. A pleasure to work with and a well made, beautiful finish to any work you may want done in your home or build. "Working with Taylor Made Custom Contracting was a very smooth process with an excellent finished product! We had a very large space to work with and we were able to create a beautiful master bathroom accomplishing our goals of creating a larger shower, updating the entire room, and staying within a specified budget. The workers that were in our house 5 days a week for about 6 weeks were very professional, nice to be around and treated my house like it were their own."

"We were repeat customers with VKB (master bath remodel a couple of years ago). We redid our two spare bathrooms and a powder room this time. The pros: VKB’s construction side is the reason to choose them! They do a Jason, the project manager, did an excellent job. He kept in constant communication with us, and addressed all of our needs and emerging questions about the project. Walter, the crew leader is fantastic! He managed every aspect of the project while Jason was on vacation and even had excellent ideas and suggestions for the project. He went above and beyond. Jason and Walter are the reasons to go to VKB. The cons: The one major negative is that Sean, our designer, was completely unavailable. The fixtures he suggested, for the most part had 2-3 star reviews on most vendor’s sites. When we asked him to send us some options that were better rated, he basically told us to choose whatever we liked, he could not provide any additional help. He was barely involved in any of the selections, was very slow to respond (often taking more than 10 days to respond to emails), and did not keep on top of our selection requests. Some of our selections were not noted. The bottom line: Once we had made the selections, and all the materials were ordered, Jason and Walter took over, and from then on, it was smooth sailing! In short, the construction crew at VKB is fantastic, and they are definitely worth the money. I highly recommend VKB to my friends. 5 stars for construction crew, 1-2 stars for the design side."

"AES renovated two bathrooma and a half-bath for us. They have a thorough process and a caring, responsive team. Our project began with a detailed review of our wish list and cost estimate. The designer took us shopping for beautiful modern finishes that fit our style and budget. The installers/builders are highly skilled, worked efficiently and perfectly, and checked with us throughout the process if details needed to be ironed out. The Project Engineer stopped by several times for status checks both during the job and after completion. At the end of the job, we were left with an amazing transformation of our rooms into beautiful, functional spaces that are structurally superior to the original build."

"Jim, Wes, Chris, John, and the entire Elevate Design Build team we've worked with have far exceeded our expectations. We recently purchased a home with serious foundation problems in a second story sunroom addition. The sunroom was the jewel of the house, but the foundation was failing and the room had dropped about 5 inches. We received several opinions about how to proceed - ranging from repairs that would re-support but not level the room to demolition and rebuilding to abandoning the purchase of the property! Jim replied to my online inquiry quickly (and over the weekend!) and met us at the property a couple of days later. He was knowledgable, direct, professional, and very fun to work with. We felt most comfortable with his approach and expertise and were delighted that their proposed budget was more than competitive while still satisfying our entire wish list. They started work ahead of their original proposed schedule and kept us informed at every step. Chris led the onsite work and brought great comfort through stories of past work and his confidence about our approach. Wes (co-owner) was also on the site most days. It's worth noting that this project ultimately happened during the pandemic and we felt that the team took every precaution to respect our health, use appropriate protective equipment, and essentially never enter our home unless absolutely necessary for the project (and with advanced notice). The work itself was excellent. No detail was too small. At one point, it was decided that a change in approach would allow them to spare an existing lower structure slotted for demo. It made the work harder for the crew, but they did it and stayed on budget because they felt it was the right decision for us and our home. While other contractors advised that we'd need to rip out and replace all flooring and windows because they would surely crack while jacking the room to level, Jim said we should and wait and see - maybe we'll get lucky! He priced both eventualities - how much if we were able to use existing vs. if we needed to replace part or all of the interior features. The end result? Jim was right - we got lucky and no windows or tiles cracked! Another excellent piece of guidance that ultimately saved us money and earned our respect but was no financial benefit to the Elevate Team. Our sunroom is level, properly supported, and was less expensive than we budgeted. It is beautiful work, and it has made our house the "dream home" that we were hoping would be possible. In our experience, Elevate Design Build is a team of capable, experienced professionals with buckets of integrity. You can trust them with your home and your wallets. We did and we're thrilled. We've already requested a quote for our next project!"

"Last week Dimitri and his crew finished remodeling 2 of my bathrooms. I am thrilled with the results! They gutted both bathrooms down to the studs and properly rebuilt the walls with cement backer board in the showers and on the floors. These gentlemen are true artists. They painstakingly cut my 12”x24” tiles so that my niche was centered. They took their time to make sure my mosaic accent tile was smooth and even. Since the walls in my old house aren’t square, Dimitri worked his magic to make my vanities fit against the walls. In my Master bathroom, 3 walls were removed in order to enlarge my shower and overall bathroom space. They moved plumbing, set up new electrical sockets and lights, installed a new exhaust fan which vents to the outside and removed a wall in order to put in a smooth gliding pocket door. The installation of a glass frameless shower door and a glass door above the tub was perfect; the doors float along the tracks as smooth as silk. This is a family owned business. Dimitri, his two sons and another crew member came to work on time every day. Even though they worked long hours, it was apparent that they loved their job. I certainly reaped the benefits of their expertise. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling job. I will definitely call them back to remodel my third bathroom and put a composite material like Trex on my deck."
