"Joe, the owner of JD Michael Construction, and his crews are top-notch. When we embarked on a very personal new construction project - the building of a tiny house on our property for a family member - Joe was the first and only contractor that we interviewed, as we felt comfortable with his knowledge, skill, and fair pricing at our first meeting. (It helped that he also came highly recommended by a trusted friend.) Joe’s honesty and integrity were evident from the beginning, and his knowledge and skill in building and coordinating new construction shone through the project every step of the way. Joe hired specialized crews who shared the same attention to detail that he has, resulting in a solidly-built and beautifully-finished structure that not only met every need of our family member, but also added to the aesthetic of our property. New construction is a stressful and long process, but Joe walked us through every step of the way with patience, skill, creativity, and solid understanding of permits, codes, and inspections. I highly recommend JD Michael Construction."

"My experience has exceeded my expectations. After a prompt response to my bid for a project, Noel reviewed the needs and started the next morning. He provided great counsel, solutions and completed the project in one day. We also had a faulty front door handle that he fixed without us asking. I would highly recommend FAMB Construction and we look forward to working with them again. - D. Smith, Bowie,MD."

"I can't thank Top Remodeling enough for the amazing deck they built for us. The team's dedication to quality is evident, and it's a perfect addition to our home!"

"Over three years ago I fortunate to find Taylor Made Custom Contracting to work with on the remodel of my newly purchased 1959 house in Bel Air. Kevin was a joy to work with and totally got the remodel I was trying to do, which was easier said than done. Some of the features I wanted were nontraditional to say the least, and on top of that I had not actually moved into the house yet. Kevin had the additional pressure of working with me long distance! With all of that on the table, the construction job could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Kevin's flexibility and the skills of the crew, and lots of texts, emails, calls, and photo tours. I did manage to make a couple of trips to visit while the house was under construction, so I was able to see the process from the framework up to the finish. The first thing I noticed was the complete care that the team took with each phase of the remodel, and the beauty of the finished product. In the end, the finished remodel far exceeded my original vision and three years later I am still in love with my new home. I was so satisfied that I have called on Kevin several times, since the original remodel, for other projects. Last year, Kevin and his team completed a beautiful backyard porch for us, that we still ask ourselves how we did without. Bottom line, I would highly recommend Taylor Made, Kevin, and his entire team. A pleasure to work with and a well made, beautiful finish to any work you may want done in your home or build. Thank you Kevin!!"

"We are thrilled with a Multi faceted project that AES Completed for us,including a kitchen remodel and update, an addition housing a study and a master bathroom with a glass block curb-less and curtainless shower, a reconfigured deck that preserved our columns, a powder room renovation to allow wheelchair access and the construction of shallow steps with railings to ease entry to the kitchen from the garage - all designed to allow us to age in place in comfort and beauty! The work was done professionally and efficiently by talented craftspeople overseen by a stellar project manager! Any and all questions and concerns were resolved to our immense satisfaction and we cannot emphasize enough how important it was to be able to trust in both their competence, and their willingness to get the job right. Mr.Munson‘s integrity permeates the entire organization, leading to priceless peace of mind as well as a quality job! We recommend him without reservation and will use their service again !"

"The Elevate Design Build team, led by Wes Wescott, beautifully finished the basement in our home. They began with a rather crude layout left to us by the original builder. There was bulging insulation, an impossible array of exposed pipes, ducts, and wires, and a big open concrete floor with nothing. We asked Wes to create attractive and comfortable rooms with a compelling atmosphere and a practical layout. The design they came up with, following all the feature aspects we requested, was absolutely beautiful. We now have a basement level bedroom, multiple closets, a bathroom, and a family room fit for the pages of a designer magazine. The workmanship was superb and every little detail was handled with loving care. The Elevate Design Build team was professional in every respect, caring of our needs and concerns, and friendly in all of our interactions on the project from begging to end. We are very pleased with the result and no doubt the market value of our home has increased substantially. When folks out there have a need for home improvements, we heartedly recommend asking Elevate Design Build to get it done. Do give Wes Wescott a call."

"A year ago, I hired VKB Kitchen & bath to build an additional master bathroom and renovated old bath. The great president, Paul P Ibrahimov assigned me a wonderful project manager, Will Vusal for my project. I am grateful to have Mr. Will to be my project manager. "I love my basement now! They removed all of the asbestos flooring, adhesive etc. and installed my new floor in 2 days. The employees were very respectful and worked efficiently. They had said 3 days but they hustled and did it in 2."

"The owner of 4 Seasons Construction (Gus) was extremely talented at his work and effectively communicated with us and the relevant subcontractors. He showed an attention to detail that lead to high quality results and final finishing and he was also very helpful in providing advice on design choices. After the end of the project, he went above and beyond to correct my mistake in the closet design we gave him. He is someone we highly recommend to others and someone we plan to use again in the future."
