"Kenny arrived at my home from K and K to install the ice maker. I think he had the job completed in about 45 minutes but initially told me 1 hour. I had an existing water supply and he connected that for me also. He was very professional, informed me of the cost that I agreed to pay. This was a great customer service experience.
