"Plants and plantings were covered.  Loose paint areas were identified. Cleaning chemicals brush applied to dirt build-up areas. And with a hose connection, pressure washed all of the exterior siding elements of the house.  Service took approx. 2 hrs. and when complete, house looked renewed!  All Touch Powerwash did better cleaning, in their first 15 min. than I had occomplished in the decades use of hardware store cleaners and simple garden hose.  I highly recommend them and will use their services again."

"Tom arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule.  We introduced ourselves and walked around the house.  I pointed out surfaces on the siding which were covered with pollen and algae, and expressed my concern that these areas would be cleaned. Tom assured me that he could get them clean. He took measurements of the siding and driveway and provided me with a total price He used a sodium hypochlorite solution with a light spray and followed up with a water spray. Tom was mindful of the plants and shrubs around the house perimeter so there was no damage. He worked continuously in a thorough and efficient manner.  When Tom finished three hours later all of the dirt, grime, pollution, pollen and were algae removed and the siding was shining. The concrete driveway which had been stained from a truckload of black mulch was bleached almost white.  I thought Tom did an excellent job and would recommend and use him again.

"KNB did an excellent job cleaning all the mildew, grime and grit from our house. BJ was very responsive and prompt. He and his crew arrived on time and were very thorough and professional. I have no hesitation giving them A's across the board for the work they did. My only hesitation would be on the pricing. I purchased a deal on Angie's for $199. The offer did say this was for 2000 sq ft and additional footage would be extra. We have a small one story house and I've never estimated the area of the walls of our house. KNB's estimate was that the square footage was over 3800 sq ft, almost double the value covered. This more than doubled the cost of the job, making it not such a great 'deal'. Once again this extra cost was explained in the offer so just be aware ahead of time how much external wall area your house really has, could be more than you might think."
