"I needed a complete overhaul of my front and backyard, both of which were filled with too-mature plants and weeds galore. The front yard between the circular driveway and the street contained a very large hodgepodge "garden" which may have been lovingly tended to by previous owners, but was neglected and overgrown. The backyard had an unusable slope, uneven ground and a ton of weeds and random plants. Randy gave me a reasonable quote to tear everything out, level the backyard and install a retaining wall, and sod both the front and back yards. Unfortunately, rain delayed our start by several weeks, but once it was clear enough to start, Randy and his crew jumped right in clearing everything out with a Bobcat and digging out the huge bushes in the front. In a matter of a few days, the retaining wall in the backyard was built and the yard was leveled and graded for optimum drainage. The sod arrived a day or two later and I had a brand new yard! In a matter of a week, the landscaping in the front and back of my 1/3 acre lot was completely overhauled and it looks AMAZING. Neighbors are constantly stopping to comment on how incredible it looks. I was very impressed with Randy's punctuality and professionalism through the whole project, and he even provided documentation for me to submit for HOA approval of the project before starting. He's a great, honest guy, and his crew works really hard and they do a great job. I highly recommend Alliance Landscaping for a large project like mine."

"From the time initially met with them for quote to the actual day they performed services they were very professional in supplying information needed regarding needs for cleaning and staining upper porch which is under direct sunlight and downstairs which is shady the majority of the day. The performed cleaning services on the initially agreed upon dates and had to wait until the wood was dried out before coming back to stain the surface. They kept me informed as to the return date due to the recurring showers which occurred. When they returned and stained the surfaces the finished color was exactly what I wanted. Upon completion the area was cleaned up and no issues regarding stain on house or scrubs occurred. They even followed up with a phone call a couple days after it was completed and dried to see if I had any issues with their work. I would use their deck services in the future."

"due to scheduling issues on my end and communications issues on their end it took several months to finally get the work done. once the initial work was done, we had to have them come back out to re-do some areas that appeared to have been missed.
we also had issues with residue on windows and deck surfaces that had to rectified.  
overall good job, just a hassle to get it 100% complete from my end. they also had issues with equipment failure that prolonged the job.
