The power washing went great.  The exterior of our home looked so much nicer with just the trim and roof work!

When it came time to stain our deck, we had two unexpected events.  1.  Our tree started dropping blooms the day of the work. 2. We (meaning ?we? the customer) had a faux-pas with our deck stain color.  Our home?s previous owner left us what we thought were additional cans of the same deck stain currently on our deck.  We fully intended to have our deck re-stained in the same red that was currently on the deck and thought that is what we were leaving for the worker that day.  When we got home that evening, we had a tan deck.  Turns out we misunderstood and it seems the owner left us with the next color he was planning to stain the deck.

Also, the extensive amount of blooms (understandably) caused quite a few problems for the painter that day, and the lighter stain made for a more labor intensive job than either of us expected.  Some of the blooms got in the paint, and any missed spots stood out way more than expected due to the unexpected color change.  When it was all said and done, we circled back with Chris and have a plan to tidy up the job and touch up any missed spots on the deck.  We appreciate how much Chris wants his customers to be happy with his work.  We also appreciate how courteous Chris has been with us.  We will definitely call him again.

"due to scheduling issues on my end and communications issues on their end it took several months to finally get the work done. once the initial work was done, we had to have them come back out to re-do some areas that appeared to have been missed.
we also had issues with residue on windows and deck surfaces that had to rectified.  
overall good job, just a hassle to get it 100% complete from my end. they also had issues with equipment failure that prolonged the job.
