"After a recent snow storm, we had some damage to the outside of our home. I spoke with Adam over the phone, and he was over the next day estimating the repair. Due to the weather, we both agreed to let it warm up to fix. Sure enough, the first warm day that we had, Adam was over and made the repair. He also sent me updates via text since I was unable to stay at home. While he was making the repair, he also noted another troubling issue of which he was able to dignose and help coordinate to fix. This was the first time I used Adam and I am already lining up other jobs for him as well! Thanks Adam!"

They provided a good price to clean the exterior surfaces.  They explained the process how they were going to proceed.  Walked the house to verify no existing damage was present before starting.  Answered questions concerning the process as work was progressing.  They hit spots a second time as requested.  Was able to remove the rust stains from chimney with secondary treatment.  All of the dirt/mold growth on the northern elevation was completely removed.  Neighbors commented that it looked like a new house upon completion.

"John and his team outdid themselves again.  I had John and crew over at my house last year to scrap and paint my exterior wood trim.  I was so impressed that I had them back this fall to finish the rest of my home.  The crew arrived on time and completed the work in 2 days. "The experience was awesome, from the initial call to the completion of the job. Everyone was friendly and professional, taking the time to explain what was needed for the job and suggesting additional services/future repairs without pressuring and upselling. The crew arrived on time and finished the cleaning and installing in less than the initial estimated time. They even took the time to fix some of the loose gutters. My only "complaint" was that the cost was a little more than I initially thought. However, the service and convenience were well worth it. You cannot go wrong with Zemco Roofing. We were impressed with Ben's quick response, and the fact that he spent a half an hour with us detailing the fix and what it would entail. We really appreciated the way Ben laid out not only the detail's of the job, but the suggestions he brought to the table (addition of crown molding). We went with Ben based on a very positive experience we had prior (exterior), and were delighted at the results of this project. All cracks were sanded, sealed and painted to the point where they disappeared. The crown molding was installed seamlessly, and the cleanup was flawless. With all the sanding Ben had to do, I was amazed at how clean the room was (we have black leather furniture - no dust).Could not be happier with these results."
