"Steven came to WORK...and that is what he did. He cleaned all the exterior windows as requested. He went about his business and asked for nothing. He even refused water, saying he brought all he needed. I find him to be efficient, thorough, delivers what he promises and sticks to his estimate. He is completely professional, very bright, energetic, polite and pleasant. He follows through, calls his clients, and it has been a pleasure to do business with him. I feel this young man can probably do anything well that he chooses to do."

"I had the house pressure washed and windows cleaned before I sold my house and it turned out great. I wish I had the windows cleaned when I lived there. Showed up on time and did great job. Highly recommend their services."

"Dennis Nagel and his two man crew spent 3 days scraping the exterior of
the house. They did a complete and detailed job removing peeling paint
from the cedar shakes. I was impressed how hard they worked at scraping. They barely took any breaks. Tarps were placed under all areas scraped and the paint chips were disposed by the crew. They taped and covered windows and then applied the primer.
They were prepared to start painting the following day but the weather didn't
cooperate. They removed the plastic for the weekend and on Monday taped
and hung the plastic again.
Dennis and crew started painting in the
morning, but when it got hot in the afternoon they stopped so the paint
could dry naturally.
Overall they did an excellent job and was more
concerned about quality  than speed. It took a couple of days
longer than expected but that was due to additional time scraping and the
hot weather.

"The job was adequate for the exterior walls and soffits, when painting around large windows they cut corners and didn't do what was quoted and the paint was already peeling after the fist day. They did come back but still didn't fix everything that was discussed. Brennan was not professional when trying to move the scheduled start day and argued with us on multiple occasions with the schedule. Brennan didn't do what he said he would with communication with us and when we questioned the work that was completed he actually yelled at us. I will never use this company again and cannot recommend them to anyone else."

"Christian and his team did an excellent job! My patio was covered by river rocks, and there were three big old footings. Christian and his team had to removed the footings, which was not easy. They did it and within a few days they completed the beautiful brick patio. They were impressed with their professional, friendly, and a can-do attitudes. Highly recommend Sauser Landscapes!"

"Careful, dependable, meticulous, beautiful work. From prep (such careful scraping!), to painting (matching all colors, trim and exterior, including porch floor), to clean up, everything was timely, so professional, and turned out so beautiful that I see people out walking stop to look at my home because it looks good."

"The paint looks great. They did a very nice job and put the furniture back where it belongs. Fantastic to work with!"

"     He was pleasant and thoroughly professional.  He called before he arrived to tell us he was in transit.  He asked thoughtful questions to diminish his impact on working in our house while we were there.  He took off his shoes when he worked inside and wore an interior sock shoe. He spread down a thick towel whenever he put window or screen panels on the floor.
Even tho it rained  hard all day, he did not cancel.  He did 3/4ths of the work from inside. ( the inside of the window, both sides of the storm panels and the screen)  The next day he came back to do the exterior of the windows that had to be reached from the outside and by ladder.
When he finished all glass surfaces were sparkling clean and streak free.    The screens were freed of years of grime and returned to their aluminum color. My windows look brand new in this 88 year old house.
My husband and I are feeling pleased with the renewed light flowing from our clean windows.   I am very glad I found him on Angie's List.  I will use him again.!!!
