"Gentlemen pointed out how improper edging was originally installed (by another party).  By their using the proper edging they were concerned that an approximate 2" gap would show along fence.  Because of this, they were wondering if I had any original pavers leftover to cut which I did not.  I told them I would rather have the 2" gap showing w/proper edging installed. They filled this in w/mulch and looks great!  No concerns of sinking ever again.  I appreciated their analyzing the situation w/different solutions and pointed this out to me instead of going ahead and doing whatever.  I appreciated their explanations.

"1st I I prepare the walls By scraping or open off I'm filling up the holes with plastic Then sand it down and put Is primer over it. Then I painted the walls a nice color Gray With a semi white baseballs and window seals I did this to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and the bathroom. It came up very nice I like to do my work as I like if it was my house . The owner was very pleased with the work I did . I've been painting for over 10 years and I love to paint it's a real good hobby"

"I did this early in the year before the busy season and was happy with how prompt the service was.  No problems at all and workers did good job of covering bushes and clean-up.  I had one concern with how an area on one handrail looked like it had been over-saturated (like a drip). They assured me that it was just the nature of the wood, but changed it anyway to make it more consistent with the rest of the posts.  I had been using a stain that was good for protection from sun damage, but theirs is rated just as good and yet it allows the natural grains to show through beautifully.  Wished I had used them years ago and will use again in future."

Brian Awad did an excellent job with my property.  Everything was done within a timely manner and Brian made sure that everything was done perfectly.  There were some complications (the blue spruces eventually died but Brian replaced them at his own cost) along the way and Brian ended up losing money on the deal but he made sure that everything looked great regardless.  Brian takes great pride in providing excellent customer service that goes above and beyond what normal landscapers do especially when it comes to responding to the wants and needs of the customer.  I would highly recommend him for any job.
