"Through my home services contract I requested DM Services as the plumbing/heating/air conditioning contractor that could provide all services necessary. They determined much to my relief that the concrete floor did not need to be drilled in order to replace the pipe. A substantial portion of the sewage pipe was replaced also without having to move the A/C heating unit, though the heat had to be turned off. DM Services also suggested replacing the A/C-heating unit's duct work as well as the media cabinet (which houses the A/C heating filter) both of which had been contaminated by the leaking pipe. This work was completed quickly and professionally. This is a lengthy review but an honest effort to provide an accurate picture of how difficult over the course of a year it was to find the source of the problem (although it took DM Services about two seconds to identify the source as a sewage pipe leak) and then to finally arrange for the restoration. Only about 1/3 of which is covered under my home services contract."
