"My wife and I wanted to be able to actually see what an installation would look like, so we wanted a vendor with a showroom we could visit. We went to the BathMax showroom in Quakertown, PA, about half an hour from our home. The woman there -- who turned out to be the co-owner, with her husband -- was friendly but professional. She answered our questions and we were indeed able to see what a finished installation might be. We agreed to have an in-home estimate. The man who showed up to estimate, another family member (this is a family business), was personable and respectful. He examined our bathroom, sat down with us, and gave us a price. There was absolutely no high-pressure sales pitch, which this industry is apparently noted for. The price was in the ballpark we'd anticipated and we agreed to have the work done. A couple weeks later, the co-owner of the company -- the husband of the woman at the showroom -- came to measure our tub and arrange for installation. We made a 50% deposit at that time. A short time later, the woman from the showroom called and set up an appointment for the installation. The installers -- the co-owner and his son-in-law -- showed up promptly and did the work. The job took a little over six hours. They cleaned up well when they were done. We paid the remaining 50% at this time. We are very pleased with the job. It looks great. Everyone from BathMax we worked with was friendly, helpful and entirely professional. We are confident that if any problems develop, the BathMax people will be responsive.All in all, it was a good experience. We are happy with the result. And we unhesitatingly recommend BathMax."

"Ken did a complete bathroom remodel for us from the floor to the ceiling. He was always on time and the whole remodel was finished on time. The work was great and weeks after he finished, we wanted the water temperature adjusted and Ken responded quickly . Ken is a easy person to deal with and he does not over charge or adjust his estimated cost higher after he starts the remodel."

"I liked Chris immediately, however, the price he quoted was over my budget and did not include upgrading my 1st floor lineloeum.   I did get other estimates that were much more reasonable and included removing my 1st floor linoleum and replacing it with an ugrade.  Additionally, other estimates included painting more areas of the house than what Chris offered. 
Additionally, it seemed as if Chris was tremdously busy, and I respect that... But, I had to contact him (2 weeks) to ask for an estimate.  He did bring in a Paint specialist free of charge to discuss the type of paint I should be using.  When talking to the paint specialist I pinpointed to the detail exactly what I wanted to be performed in the house.   When I called Chris the second time a week after, he did not seem to know anything about my discussion with the Sherwin Williams paint specialist.
Chris seemed to be genuinely concerned about me and I am sure he would have done an outstanding job.  It's just that I needed to stay within my budget and also wanted my first floor to be upgraded.

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new.
