The owner Derrick was VERY ACCOMMODATING for us, he actually came on a Saturday to take measurements, and he was able to fit us in the same week for the preparation work and install. For the Pocono area this is very impressive and his company should get the best business of the year award! Price was very reasonable and Derrick really knows his business. He took the time to answer all of our questions even after working hours. Derrick arrived when scheduled and did all of the work without incident. We are already looking into replacing more of our tile work with LULEK CONSTRUCTION."

Comes with you to the store to offer ideas about tiling, color, lighting etc. CON: The decorative titles were not smoothly put in place so they look puckered a bit. However, we are satisfied with the job done and the payment."

"The designer was always very attentive when I contacted him and would answer (in detail) the numerous questions I would pose. The two contractors who showed up at my home were just as professional and pleasurable to work with. over the course of the week they were coming to my house, any ideas or suggestions from either side were always hashed out as they would materialize and by the end of the project, the end project was essentially exactly as I'd constructed it in my head. The only slight con to the end result was more-so of my own doing than anyone else's, where the light fixtures I'd purchased for the replacement did not come with rods, so a couple of the pendant lights hang crooked."

"We used Angie’s list to find a contractor to work on our main floor and second floor bathroom (and some other minor work). After several contractors visited our home and told us that they could not convert our main floor bathroom to a full (or quoted an excessive price for the work), we ultimately called CM Contracting after reviewing their ratings on Angie’s list and other sites. In our initial phone consultation, both the head contractor (Chris) and his son (Tyler, also a licensed contractor) were professional, prompt and timely with scheduling a visit. Within 48 hours, Chris and Tyler arrived to the home, accessed both bathrooms and discussed the scope of work required. Unlike other contractors who came up with a number on the spot, CM Contracting said they would research our building plans and get back to us with a number. After a week, we were contacted with a quote and request for a followup meeting. After meeting face to face to discuss the price, we agreed upon the work and a start date, and they acquired all permits needed for the scope of work. At the beginning of work, Tyler took incredible steps to ensure dust and debris would be clear from the main floor by taping paper down on the wood floors and vacuuming/sweeping at the end of the work day. Chris was in constant communication throughout the construction, regularly contacting us to give updates and discuss any minor change in the scope of work. He also did a great job managing his subcontractors, which resulted in a timely completion of the work. His electrician Ken did incredible work with wiring the bathroom and fans in the bedrooms. His plumber Don also did an incredible job removing a non-functioning water softener, plumbed two bathrooms, and installed additional control valves. Most importantly, everyone involved warrantied their work, which is a huge financial relief when choosing a contractor for your home. Overall, we were happy with the daily interactions we had with CM Contracting and their subcontractors and we are very happy with our experience."

"We've been using Dutt Roofing Solutions on our 100+ year old (original slate) house since we moved in 22 years ago. Always responsible, reasonable and professional. Jeff runs a great operation. Originally he replaced a lot of slate on our main roof, we eventually had him remove the slate and replace with shingles, our porch (7 years ago) then our garage (4 years ago). The main roof was the last project which we just had him complete. We were in contact with him and he provided the bid November 2020 and we decided to wait until after the winter and he came right back as planned once the materials came in May 6 (with same pricing as 6 months prior). He was there every step of the way making sure all was in order and his crew was personable and always ready to answer any questions or address anything I added to the job. Jeff not only took care of all the rotted wood around my home with expert carpentry, he had both chimneys sealed and replaced the flashing, all the gutters cleaned and properly routed to avoid any further problems. I'm so pleased. Its true, he's very busy and I am a realtor recommending him constantly so I tell everyone, if you can wait your turn, you will be pleased with the outcome."

"Roof framing and siding went great. They did not start when they said they would but it wasn't long after that. Then Super storm Sandy hit and I guess they were very busy with emergency repairs. (no damage to my house from the storm) It took over a month till the porch posts and railings got replaced and then they were done incorrectly. I had to have them come back and install the correct angled brackets for the railing from the porch to the sidewalk, and that took a few more weeks.
