"On day 1 they removed (sucked out) 3 levels (and three different types) of insulation. They were very neat and cleaned up afterward. They showed me pictures of the cleared attic. On day 2 they blew in new insulation, sealed an unused vent (which was causing a draft) and installed a new attic hatch (old one was broken, unsealed and not insulated causing a draft). Everything was done as agreed and in the timeline expected. They are also a partner with Energy Trust of Oregon which is a bonus."

When Jennifer looked at our garage for the pre work bid, she made a couple of good recommendations which we took. Her written quote was detailed for each part of job. The installers showed up on time and were efficient and took care with our home and left garage very clean. They organized the entire job, including removing the insulation, setting up a new barrier, spray underneath my house with an antimicrobial chemical and reinstalling new insulation. They also orchestrated with a pest control company to come and set traps, and close up any holes that were ports of entry for the rats.
