"I called Ron from Certified Plumbing and he came out to our condo to assess the job and give an estimate on replacing our old 22 year old 40 gallon Rheem hot water heater. We accepted the estimate and he called the next week after obtaining a permit and came that Thursday. He called when he was here and started draining the tank. His assistant, Joe, came and they went to work removing the old tank and a prefilter to an existing whole condo water filter. Then they installed the new Rheem 50 gallon tank Ron recommended. It was a tight fit, but Ron made it work. They put in new plumbing and Ron even installed new on/off valves to the water filter. Ron is very knowledgeable and friendly and professional and helpful. We are very happy with Ron’s work and will definitely recommend him and use him in the future."

"Joe answered the phone immediately and my job was scheduled. He then, a short tile later actually expedited coming out. Instead of being the cold water line feeding the water heater, he determined (correctly) that it was the line feeding the hose bib on the side of the house. He took the steps necessary to access the leaky line and also replaced the spigot. He was pleasant, professional and charged a reasonable fee for the repairs. I will definitely keep him in mind for future plumbing needs."

"Required plumbing services due to a leaking pipe at the main water line shut-off valve located within the outside wall of our home. Viking was highly recommended by a party that just recently had used them.  We contacted them, provided pictures of the problem, and were given a quote over the phone.  First company who gave a quote from looking at the picture, we didn't have to pay extra for a trip charge.  We scheduled repairs for the next day.  Aaron called before scheduled time with ETA and was on time.   He was very informative, courteous and helpful. He constantly updated us throughout the repair cycle as to findings discovered once the wall was opened with options. Aaron has pride in his work and reputation. We learned so much from him.  A fine young man, which says a lot about his parents. It was such a great experience, he gave us options without being pushy at all, we were so relieved and comfortable with him and felt that he was very trustworthy.  We would highly recommend Viking Sewer and Camera Inspections and will use them again."

"Cleared clogged sink drain and replaced a toilet"

"Explained to me that drain was bathtub leaking."

"Mr. Rooter of St. Augustine is punctual and fast. He found the problem right away, fixed it. The price was reasonable. He pulled the carpet and followed the trail of moisture to the sink, turned on the faucet and knew exactly that it was a slow leaking drain basket in the kitchen. When I called he was here within 30 min."

". They arrived on time, did the job quickly. Answered a couple questions I asked about possible future jobs-didn't try to up.sell me. I thought I had located a really wonderful plumber that I could count on in the future. That is until later-this townhouse in FL is not a home I am in very often-our daughter lives there full time-but isnt.Ms Handy. Later I went to do dishes and discovered that the sink has separated from the granite and has a large open gap on the same side where they just replaced the drain. They did NOT cause this problem however they did not bring it to my attention either and my discovery was to late in my visit to do anything about it -so I must return again. They knew I was there to wait on repairmen to fix the house issues (AC and electrician were also coming)-I dont know if they thought I would ask them to fix it and they didn't want to but I can not believe they didn't notice it.
