So, he returned a few weeks later when the weather was forecast to be dry for the day to seal the cracks and cover them with sand. Not only was the end result aesthetically-pleasing, it is sealed now to protect from any water getting underneath the concrete slabs in the future. "It went great! They were very professional and were here when they said they would be and cleaned up behind themselves. We did have a minor leakage problem with the first rain, but we called and they were back here within a couple of days to fix the problem and we have had no leakage since. I was impressed that they handled the call back so quickly, which to me, says a lot about their integrity. The company that did our original waterproofing has left Kentucky and our "lifetime" transferable warranty is now void, so having been burned once we were a bit leery, but they proved to be a very reliable company. He looked at our property, we had some steps that were eroding and we don't need their services at all. He suggested getting a general contractor and rerouting the water away from our house, the drainage. It was good. It was just an estimate, so there wasn't a charge. Since he couldn't see anything that they could do, then there was no charge. He was very helpful and honest. He was very knowledgeable and I felt he knew what he was talking about. I appreciated that he didn't try to do a service that we didn't need. They got very high reviews."
