"Leak was determined to be the result of hole in a buried galvanized water pipe. Installed new hot and cold Upomor pex pipe waterline from main house to guest house in back yard. Difficult job required much digging in several sites to expose necessary tees/joints. Clean up was shoddy because pavers/bricks/stones were removed but not correctly replaced. Also, parts of a deck were (necessarily) removed but not correctly replaced."

Water heater leaking & is in the attic after several quotes decided to go with them price beat out everyone and the quote was also final price no added on additional fees. "Vossler plumbing was great!!! They were willing to come out the day I first talked to them about a leaking toilet for my 93 yo mom who has severe dementia. We ended up scheduling for the next day and they arrived early so we asked that they come back at the scheduled appt time, which they did (we needed to be at my mom's house). The plumber (so sorry I'm blanking on his name) was friendly, understanding of my mom's illness, knowledgeable, clean (mask, gloves and booties much appreciated during this COVID time and my fragile mom in the house) and very skilled. He diagnosed the problem and had everything needed to fix the toilet in his van, so there was no waiting for him to go to the warehouse to grab a part and come back. He replaced the entire inner mechanism in the toilet quite quickly. He cleaned up after himself; I couldn't tell that anyone had been in the house when he was finished. The price quoted was exactly what they charged with no hidden fees or "extras." Over the phone we were told that there was a $69 service call fee in addition to the priced of the repair, so no surprises at all. We were VERY impressed with everyone at Vossler and I will certainly recommend them to anyone I know who needs a plumber. They were 5+ stars."
