He was on time and showed me tons of issues with what needed to be repaired. He gave me detailed information on why it cracked and let me know that it would happen again if not done correctly. He gave me a quote for a new stone walkway and porch that was more than fair having known several people to have the same work done with other companies. "BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT !!!!! I purchased a 2 hr handyman coupon to fix an exterior door that wasn't closing properly. This door needed to be fixed. A hinge had come undone I had heard that “winter was coming”. The repairman arrived on time and he suggested an alternative fix to re-notching the hinges and tearing out the framing of the door. My door was closing perfectly in half an hour! This quick fix gave me time to address some repairs I had thought out of reach of this coupon. In short, within my 2 hours, my handyman had patched a crack in my concrete steps and in the driveway (using a mix I had on hand as well as some materials he had in his truck), moved my air conditioner to the basement, and performed many tasks that single women call “please move this and put it there”. All of this performed with courtesy and skill. Myriad Handyman Services has certainly earned my loyalty. Instead of filling up my time with an overkill fix of my door, my money could be spent on a list of other little things that needed to be done. Bravo, Myriad Handyman Services! Well done!"

They put in a lot of crappy boards. They were the only ones that I found that replied that would put in the fence that I wanted. Most of it was very good, but, of course, on the far side of the yard I found lots of boards that were not up to snuff. Eight years ago they got the fence in. I wasn't there (when they did the work). I would use them again in the future only if I stood over them with a shotgun. They could have used better boards and given me a lighter gauge. I wasn't there for the most part and they were all Hispanic so I've got no idea how the workers were, but the contractor that was watching over them had no complaints.

"The team found bricks that matched the shape of the current ones, constructed the railing so it was identical to the original design (required by my HOA) and painted it with three layers of primer/paint to fend off future rust. Project included sanding and repainting an iron gate as well. I am totally pleased with the finished product and will be soon using the 5th Gen Group for another brick project."
