Contractor had to find matching wood.Side trim was removed, flooring was moved and new piece was installed. Also fixed gap in flooring under and adjacent to our refrigerator"

"Mike at MPO came over to see what the job was about - putting in finish cabinet trim around a washer/dryer enclosure and other small finish items.
My standards are high. Mike wanted to wait to send his best finish carpenter, Octavio, because he was busy. The wait was worth it. The work was done with care and attention t my standards. Unlike other contractors, this time I was satisfied.
We ran into the need for a tool which Octavio did not have with him, so Mike had Octavio do a half day and return to finish with the right tool later on - the job was done right which is what mattered to me.
I do recommend MPO Builders for finish carpentry and a variety of related work and would call them again in confidence.

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
