Mike and Mike covered everything before they started, sprayed the mold in the attic which was completely black, painted with a paint specifically made to get rid of and keep mold gone. They were polite, explained things I didn’t understand and cleaned up, all with respect to me and the house. They made sure to keep the air clean, I was there the duration of the project. "First, I’d absolutely use and plan to use Bernhardt Restoration again. The contractor Atilio was communicative and easy to work with. His team was also friendly, communicative and easy to work with. They did a great job!! I found the company through Angi’s list. I originally just wanted them to remove some asbestos tiles. But after talking with Atilio I decided to add a new vinyl floor which we were going to do anyway, just later. But as we were working through these projects I felt more comfortable and confident in their professionalism and craftsmanship. So I had them paint the walls, doors and window frames. Then I had them replace a door and update all the power plugs. We started a project for flooring and ended up renovating the whole room and I’m so glad I did! But I only did that because the team earned my trust. I really appreciated the communication. I was constantly updated. They completely transformed our room! So glad I decided to go with Bernhardt Restoration! "

"This is the most negligent contractor I've dealt with in my life. They suggested to not be home for our attic insulation since we have a newborn at home which I appreciated. They seemed careful and thoughtful in the sales process which is why I ended up picking them for our project. However, when it came time for the job they were reckless with security and safety. Before the job I sent multiple notes via text and email, and had a phone call asking them to contact me at the end of each day so I could set the alarm and lock the doors remotely. Day one they didn't do this. I sent another ask to please be mindful of this so I could keep our home secure. Day 2 they did not do this again, and ended up leaving our front door wide open which triggered a burglar alarm at 2am requiring us to deal with the security company and police throughout the night. Afterwards it took days for anyone to reply. They lacked empathy or ownership for how negligent their team was. I would not recommend working with these people. Mistakes happen, but the response to these mistakes was almost as bad as their dangerous actions themselves."

"Arc Insulation went above and beyond our expectations. Chris was such a pleasure to work with and was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. We did spray foam insulation and had several companies come out to give us a quote. No one seemed to have the knowledge or customer service Arc Insulation was able to provide. Luis performed the actual spray foam insulation and did a wonderful job. Our home is now night and day with comfort levels. We could not be happier with this company and will use them in the future for insulating our crawl space. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have spray foam insulation done right."
