"We actually hired J Hoss for two jobs, and they did a great job with both! Both were tricky operations involving the plumbing of an old beach house, and they came up with effective ways of dealing with every issue. The hot water heater install involved moving an old hot water heater out of a crawlspace and putting a new one in in a closet, and the plumbing lines were a bit wacky due to the way the cottage had been added onto over time. But they solved the problems without tearing out any walls, which was great. The other job involved a DIY project installing a bathroom vanity that we got halfway through before realizing we were over our heads. They were game and jumped right in and worked with us to complete the job. We loved how they collaborated with us and were so cheerful about our amateur efforts! Definitely will hire again."

He was very thorough and explained everything effectively.  They were very good about being neat and following all the proper procedures for removing mold.  We have a statement that further explains they did remove the mold. As long as we follow through with the process, we will not have any mold in the future. Another think I really liked about the service was the initial phone conversation.  He explained, not just their role in the company but the all other aspects of removing the mold. He stated we need to hire other people to address the other areas that are causing the mold.  He also gave a lot of suggestions of the different types of service providers to call to address the water leak."

"I had requested estimates from several companies on having a disposal repaired or replaced, but only Jiffy replied, and they did so almost immediately. They scheduled to come at the first time I was free. I received a phone call when the mechanics were on the way to my house and they were on time. Since I had given them the type of disposal that was currently installed, they brought a replacement with them, so although this was an estimate appointment, they were able to go ahead and install it, which they did. They were very polite and answered my questions. Based on what I paid 10 years ago to have the prior one installed, I'd say this was a little pricey, but it's working fine, and I'm very glad to have it taken care of."

"As always, National Water does a great job for me.  Dave and his company have been the sole water support for my home since we built and moved in Aug. 2003.  They are incredibly responsive - for example, our hot water heater went out at 11pm on a very cold winter night back in 2005.  I called the emergency line, expecting to leave a message.  Not only did I get an answer, but they were out the very next morning to resolve the problem.  Another time, we were out of town, and our water stopped working over the weekend.  We had a house guest at our home, we called, and on Sunday afternoon National Water was there!

Besides emergency issues, Dave and his team provide excellent maintenance services.  We are on well water, which in our case has created a few issues:  Poor water pressure, hard water and after storms, dirty water from mud and sand.  National Water has put on systems to our water to resolve all three of these issues.  They maintain it annually and are available for any problems. 

National Water, several years back replaced our hot water heater to a much more energy efficient system that never runs out of hot water!
