"Selection process: utilized various means of identifying potential contractors that could do the job ( Angie's List, BBB, etc.). After reducing the list to a few contractors, had them come out and discuss project and requested estimates. Followed up on references. 3-D was slightly more than the others, but they impressed me with their knowledge and suggested options to consider. <br /> <br />Work: They handled all the required permitting and inspections along the way. After the permit was approved rain moved in and delayed the start, but once the weather cooperated they began on time and moved along quickly. The foundation work was excellent as they built to commercial standards. Framing and electrical work was completed as requested and inspected with no issues. The slowest point of the project was the bricking of the entire exterior, I got to see this on a daily basis and saw the quality of workmanship that went into this. Once bricking was completed the weather again affected the project, but once that was out of the way they came in and completed the final concrete work. <br /> <br />Other: They brought in a large dumpster to collect trash, removed dirt, concrete, etc. to keep the area neat. They also cordoned off the area to keep their construction material contained. On final day of cleanup, they even mowed the grass that had grown up in the area. Everyone that showed up was very professional and easy to work with. The owners had a true desire to please, make sure things were done right and that we were happy with everything. Before final payment we walked over the entire project to make sure I was satisfied and that nothing had been missed. <br /> <br />Payment: Made four payments over the entire project and never before work had been performed. <br /> <br /> <br />"
