"We had a ot of vintage/antique furniture that was literally falling apart. We got his name from someone in our co op and he came right over. He picked up the furniture and delivered it, but it has been a problem getting him to quote and to stick to his quoted price. Sometimes he goes ahead and refinishes something when you only wanted a repair! He is not prompt about delivering it in a reasonable time.
That said, he does excellent work! We are thrilled with the work he has done and would highly recommend him if you don't have a timeframe. You do need to pursue him to get your furniture back! But the end product is worth it.
