"Wilfredo did an excellent job! Not only did he replace a leaking outdoor water faucet, he discovered that our water pressure regulator (PRV) was defective, which was causing numerous pressure problems with all our appliances, toilets and hot water heater. "Excellent customer service. My Hot water heater busted on Christmas night and i called advanced professional 26th early morning, tech at my home in no time to provide estimate and work was done within next 4-6 hours. Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean. Only one thing i am not happy is i think it was little pricey but since it was urgent service i can't complain."

"We had several different technicians working on installing a new water heater in a crawl space. There were several different unexpected occurrences that arose, but the guys were great. They were respectful, curious, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely patient explaining our oppositions. They were responsive and prompt to some unexpected situations. Highly recommend them, I'm giving the technicians ten stars for their professional and respectful work ethics."

"Tom was great called me back in minutes of my inquiry and was able to install next day my water heater. No BS and felt he was honest."

"I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson."
