"Great Called Kenosha Plumbing and they could not fix problem. They recommend Econo and their tech called Econo and discussed the problem with them. Enoch rep called us within an hour and an appointment was set up for the next day. Tech was on time, very knowledgeable and friendly. Within a short time had the drain unplugged and charged us a reasonable fee. He also ran a t v camera all the way to the street to see if there were other possible problems. "It was a challenge through the whole process. Their language barrier made it very difficult. Communication was poor which added a ton of stress to the process. Was told one thing than another then made to feel I was the one who messed up. Office said one thing ... the installer said something else. Feared the worse and watched them like a hawk during installation which the installer did not seem to appreciate. I don't know how but through all this horror the outcome is the countertop looks good. The granite is cut accurately and seams were blended well. Not sure all the stress was worth it though, but very glad the outcome is good and working with them is done."

"I had TNT Builders out to provide an estimate for my deck about a month ago (or so). They were prompt to the appointment and professional. I was provided me with estimates for a couple different scenarios in a somewhat reasonable timeframe. The reason I decided not to use TNT Builders is mainly due to lack of timely responses (and is also the reason for the "B" for professionalism). After a couple initial communications, I started to have a lot of trouble getting a response, constantly having to call and email a couple times before hearing from them. TNT certainly had the most reasonable estimate out of the 3 I obtained, and I was really hoping to use them. I am very particular about responsiveness, and TNT fell very short of the mark, even before I approved any work. My expectations for a response is within 24 hours, at the latest 48 hours, unless there is a solid reason. I saw many other reviews where TNT either never responded to potential customers or it was very delayed, so apparently it's not just isolated to me. It's a shame I cannot use them since customers seemed satisfied with their work, but the responsiveness issue is simply too frustrating for me personally. I hope they will use this review to their advantage and try to be more responsive with future customers."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
