"It's hard to say at this point because I haven't used the design to determine if it was a good one or not.  He included an estimate with the design which was a little more than I was ready to spend on the kitchen remodel but probably reasonable.  It took him a little while to get back to me with design and he did apologize for the tardiness.

"Dennis arrived on time for the measurement of the blinds, and left me to order the blinds on-line. When they arrived, I called him out for the installation. He and a helper arrived 1 hour early, while I was sleeping. Luckily, he had his cell phone, and called me to say that he was there. When I opened the door, they came in and proceeded to install the blinds. They also removed old curtains (they were too high for me to reach, due to my disability). They were efficient, and when there was a slight problem with the vertical blinds length, they were able to fix this problem with a little adjustment. They finished within an hour and disposed of the old curtains. Overall, a good job with a relatively simple job."
