"We wanted to replace an 18 year old noisy generator with a new quieter unit. Tom came out to do the estimate and was right on time. He was his usual jovial self and we got right to business. We discussed what Anderson would replace the present unit with and why Cummins was the best unit on the market. I was determined to get 3 more estimates, but that is when Tom turned on his salesmanship and we will have a new generator in the next 2 weeks. get 3 more estimates for comparison purposes, but Tom turned weeks."
