"Milt is a customer oriented professional. He did an outstanding job in walking me through decision analysis on whether to repair, replace in kind or replace with a tankless water heater. We decided to go with tankless with a pay back period analysis and competitively choose between Lowe’s and Home Depot. He carried out the procurement and installation of the new tankless water heater with high quality. Thanks for job well done."

"So happy we chose R&D for our exterior wall repairs! they were great to work with throughout the process of what turned out to be a complicated issue. Their communication was really appreciated as they dug into things and problem solved some unique issues with how the previous home owners had cut corners on the house. R&D wasn’t the cheapest initial bid we received but I have no doubt that we would have wound up paying more in the end for a lower quality result with anyone else. Thanks guys!"

"We are so pleased with the work that KWD Electric did for us. We will always use them after this experience. Ken was so nice, prompt and he squeezed us in on a busy Saturday. He knew exactly how to fix our problem and had the job finished quickly and reasonably. We have light again!"

"Very glad I did it. I need a new furnace. There's a lot wrong with it. Found out it's almost 15 years old and could die during winter. The tech will get me prices on different ones and will go from there."

"This was an emergency repair with raw sewage backing up into the house. Chris and his crew worked very hard to locate and solve the broken lateral line exiting my foundation. They dug up the old lines and replaced with new including 2 new clean outs. Through the process they kept me informed and gave alternatives and possible solutions. The entire process was a learning experience. Mine is a VERY old house. I like his Crew and like the way they work together. I have recommended the company to friends. Only suggestion I have is they invest in a camera with a longer range."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Principio Electirc was the BEST service/home repair business that we have ever dealt with! They were exceedingly prompt to respond, very knowledgable, professional, thorough, easy to interact with, and complete. Two other recommended electric businesses had unsuccessfully attempted repairs on our particluar problem before Principio. Principio correctly diagnosed, repaired, and monitored our electrical problem in record time for minimal cost. I will choose them again without hesitation not only for the quality of their work, but also for the kind of people they employ! (This is totally honest since Service Magic was my only link to them!)"
