"I was very much impressed with the installers and their work. They left the place cleaner when the left than when they found it. They also put in a patio cover for me and they did great on that also!"

"Brett was great to work with on home improvement jobs.
Brett arranged an appointment within a few hours of the first time I called him for an estimate. He showed up on time and was respectful of the fact that while it is a work place for him it is my house. This was nice.
My husband and I had an idea of what we wanted for our basement but I cannot draw and my husband could not arrange his schedule to meet with me and Brett. So, we left a lot of decisions to Brett and said "use your best judgment". The basement looks fabulous!
Brett was more concerned about some of the details than we were. Brett recycled an odd door that a previous owner used in the basement, but the door was not straight. The door is in the utility part of the basement and will be used 1-2 times a year so it did not bother me, but Brett wanted it straight. I do not know what he did, but the door is straight.
My husband and I wanted to use Marmoleum flooring but Brett did not have experience with installing it. It installs like other floating floors but other contractors may have wanted to stick with what they already know. Brett never hesitated but was forthright about his lack of experience with this type of flooring. He did a great job! The floor looks amazing, even the checkerboard pattern that my husband wanted looks great.
We wanted one wall painted red. Red is a tricky color for anyone, but the color looks great on the wall.
In addition to the work being done well and in a timely manner, Brett was conscious of the fact that my husband and I were living in our house along with our 4 cats. Construction is messy but Brett did a nice job of containing the mess and cleaned up each day.
We have some other projects for Brett next year."

"It went very well. They had some problems removing the old roof sections but once that was done they completed the job in good order. They did not construct the original patio room, I used them because they were much more reasonable price wise than the other patio enclosure company. They were $5000 less costly than the original installer. I would use them again.
However, if you are planning on an aluminum patio enclosure keep in mind the cost of replacing damaged sections. It is much more costly than a conventional wood structure to repair."

"Very quick response for quote. Had an opening between jobs and scheduled. Had a complete demolition of bathroom. Bathtub and walls to the studs. Had water damage wall studs replaced/reinforced. Drain that was completely damaged replaced after a section of slab removed to good sewer line. Raised Tub area soffit to match existing ceiling contour. Poured concrete shower pan and curb for walk-in shower. Removed old wall tile from entire bathroom and existing wallpaper. Installed wainscoting for entire room and refurbished walls to paint. Installed new double vanity, shower doors, toilet and towel accessories. Installed bathroom fan with new roof vent. Beautiful job on shower tile, shower pan and travertine tile floor. Great attention to detail. PJ and Dan are on my list for Highly Recommended. Attached before and after pictures."

"There's no company I would recommend more for home remodeling projects. Shawn and his team give you a fair price, show up on time, keep the work area clean, and do great work. We had him put up a wall to create an office in the basement as well as put in a new basement bathroom. My wife and I couldn't be happier and are on the schedule to have him do our upstairs shower as well."

"Outstanding quality and attention to detail. Flawless dovetail construction. Gorgeous finishing and fine carpentry. Tight fitting. Smooth drawers. Clever innovations like cabinets that look like cabinets but are special pull-out drawers. Amazing trim that will make our refrigerator look built in, when it's not. Creative solutions to every issue. Form, function, accessibility. A true cook's kitchen. (Todd is a gourmet cook--this may explain it.) We are delighted--absolutely delighted."

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Bath, OH

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
