She kept inviting me to charity events and I learned that the product I was buying for her to clean my house with were products she sells and get's a percentage of the sales. Therefore, you pay for the cleaning on the front end and pay her on the back end as well. I believe this should've been disclosed. <br />"

"The work provided by Stanley Steamer is superior. Initially I tried scheduling an appointment online, for two days later. On appointment day, I called to find out the status of my appointment and was told I was not on the schedule.  However, they accommodated me immediately. Joseph and Jermaine arrived within 15 minutes of the phone call and started working. Once again, they cleaned the grout to its original color, and they removed the odors left by animal urinary accidents.  I love Stanley Steamer and would not consider anyone else to do this kind of work."

"<p>We scheduled to have carpet cleaned in two bedrooms and tile steam cleaning in two bathrooms and the kitchen. Let me say first that we had used Purity for many years and always been happy with their work. When I asked about tile cleaning, I was quoted $100 for the first 200 S.F. and 0.65 for each square foot above. Although I didn't ask up front, most of the tile I needed cleaned was on the walls and Purity could not clean any thing but the floors. The deal also included a $20 per room carpet cleaning deal. Their representatives checked on the carpet cleaning costs because they wouldn't be able to the tile and the price went from $40 to almost $77. </p> <p>Not being able to get the tile done was a let-down and their representatives and quot;lookedand quot; less than professional. I'm sure those two young men would have done a good job but the mix up with what could and could not be done and the difference in cost turned me off to this company. </p> <br />"

"Couple of things MaidPro can improve on: making sure instructions make it to the person doing the actual cleaning. I gave specific instructions to not vacuum carpet upstairs because we were replacing it. No cleaning of  counter tops or sinks because they were being replaced. We really wanted toilets, tub, appliances in kitchen cleaned and major dusting of walls and woodwork to ready for painting.  The walls and woodwork got done but those instructions didn't make it into job instruction nor did the need for no vacuuming upstairs or cleaning of counters and sinks. Part of my two hour time projection was used up and caused the young woman to stay over to get our needs taken care of at the condo. She did so and had no problem. <br /> That said, I would use them again! I thought all involded were professional, very nice and accomodating. I did post similar comments on their survey and I got a prompt response from the owner in Baton Rouge thanking me for the suggestions.To their credit they stuck to their estimated charge of $174.
