"Great Alex was thorough in troubleshooting the problem, got the part and was here early the next morning right on time as promised. He explained to us what the problem was. Did the repairs, and cleaned up the floor when done. Alex called back in the afternoon to confirm the freezer was working, yes the bottles of water froze. Alex really knows his stuff, is efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Alex to anyone needing refrigerator or appliance repair. Thank you, Donna Lange"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"In urgent need of plumbing service, another service called first. However when they did call I had some electrical work which they will arrange for a electrician to contact me. Update found city sewer was the problem, canceled service call."

"On-time and on-task. Very professional. I would hire Action Appliance for any appliance repair I may need in the future. Without hesitation."

"Professional, friendly and courteous. The repair guy came during the scheduled time. Their prices for service are reasonable. I will definitely use them again if needed."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
