"Amazing job! I love their corbel design! It's rusting, elegant and very well produced. Their cedar is routed on the edges and sanded down some without taking too much off. It was a clean in and out job, they definitely have experience and know what they're doing."

"We had obtained several bids, and decided on Delgado Wood Floors because of their responsiveness, knowledge and competitive pricing. Delgado Wood Floors exceeded our expectations by transforming our 19th century oak/walnut inlay floors to their near original beauty. The sanding, filling and sealing of our varied species of wood floors was completed in a very professional manner. The workmanship was excellent. The Delgado team was equally skilled when installing our LVT at laundry room and engineered wood at kitchen. We were especially pleased by the concientious nature of the team who returned multiple times to complete our kitchen floor after 2 or 3 occasions finding the humidity too high to complete the work. Delgado Wood Floors will be my go to from now on, and I will recommend them to my design clients with confidence."

"I got a deal from Berger about their table pad and just in time for my new dining room set. I didn't have time to set the template due to a new baby in the house. A few months later, they still honored my deal! WOW! I sent it in and they made the pad pretty quick. Shipping was fine and the fit was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone! Truly a good company to work with. A++"

"It went very well. Both Steve and Alfonso were professional and very accommodating to our needs. They re-pointed all of the brick work on our 3,200 sq ft 2-story house and added a sealer on it. The re-point was to stop leaking from the inside of an exterior wall and it successfully stopped the leak. They also replaced a traditional half circle window with a larger rectangle window with glass blocks in the master bathroom. They were punctual and cleaned up after all work. We would not hesitate to recommend and/or use again when brick work is needed."

FAQs for interior trim and decorative moldings repair projects in Bay City, TX

While the terms 'trim' and 'molding' are often used interchangeably, they serve different purposes in home design. Trim refers to materials installed at the junctions of walls, ceilings, and floors, providing a seamless and functional transition. Molding, on the other hand, is a decorative type of trim crafted specifically to enhance your interior's visual appeal. For personalized recommendations that match your home's style, consult a professional contractor.

Repairing or replacing trim throughout your entire home takes six hours. If you're focusing on just a single room or a small section, you can expect the project to take one to two hours to complete. The process includes removing the old trim, carefully measuring and cutting new pieces, and precisely installing them to achieve a polished and lasting result.

Selecting the right trim is key to enhancing your home's overall design. Common options include shoe molding, quarter-round, baseboards, crown molding, chair rails, and picture rails. The best choice depends on where you're installing it, your personal style preferences, and your budget. Consulting a knowledgeable contractor can help you find the perfect trim to elevate your interior's appearance.
