"Dennis and his crew did an excellent job, but I feel he overcharged me a bit for the chimney cap installation. The cost of installing a chimney cap in the Tampa Bay area runs from $175.00 to $250.00. Dennis charged me $250.00 to install a $40.00 chimney cap. When I asked Dennis why the installation cost was at the top of the price range, he said: There are fees associated with running the operation: shipping, consumables, labor, transportation, fuel, payroll, and the list goes on. My price is right in line with the chimney sweeps in the area. His crew certainly knew what they were doing, and I would probably use his services again. My only objection is that the cost of installing the chimney cap was at the top of the high range for that job. Dennis could have chosen to install a more expensive chimney cap for what he charged me."

"Anyway, we have barely used the fireplace and as I mentioned - new construction - so he came with another worker in a Tophat, inspected the fireplace, then the outside on the roof and all was fine with the chimney. They also went into the attic to see if they could find the leak as the chimney was absolutely intact. Couldn’t see where the leak was coming. Even took some pics where the roof meets the chimney and again let us know how intact all with the chimney is. Landed up giving us a referral to an excellent roofer. We were totally pleased with all (upset, about the leak though!!) Dennis went above and beyond for us. He was so honest and this is so hard to find these days. I am very impressed with him and his company. Thank you for helping us out- as it was so appreciated."

"Although I could not be present (they worked around the 4th of July holiday), they did a great job and cleaned up the property. Jake and his helper came back the next month to install a bathroom exhaust fan roof cap. This was part of the original quote and the handled it with no problem. After that, they went around the property again with magnets to pick up any stray nails. Both guys were friendly and professional. The roof looks great!"

He was prompt, professional, friendly, prices were reasonable, explained what he was doing, and took pics before and after to show us exactly what he did. He also does dryer vent cleaning, so we had him do that as well while he was there. There wasn't one speck of dust around either chimney after he left, he just did a great job! The paint finish seems incredibly durable as Integrity Finishes uses a lacquer paint. Both Aaron and Mike were great to work with, especially considering my tile installers did not end up finishing on time, so the cabinet install was delayed. I would absolutely use Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay again!"

"They were very professional and friendly. They got the job done in 2 days. Of course one day they were trying to beat the rain. They did a great job on the roof and cleaning up after themselves and left our property just as it was when they arrived. There's a couple of reviews that said they weren't friendly and the lady in the office was rude. Well I just have to say that is not the truth. I got their recommendations from my brother who had his roof done by him. Would use them again."

We knew that this was going to be expensive because of the size of the home and it is two story with a 3 car garage. My wife is a real estate agent and she contacted several roofing companies in the Tampa, Wesley Chapel area that she had worked with in the past, and they had all quoted us around $15,000 for the main house, plus another $1700 for the flat roof that was over the screened in porch. He came out the next day and gave me a quote. I had to ask him several times if this quote included the main roof AND the roof over the Patio, and was he going to use architectural shingles? He said yes to everything I asked . I almost didnt go with him because his price was so much lower than everyone else, that I was sure it had to be a scam. But his reviews said the exact opposite so I decided to take the chance with Gulf Coast. The roof came out beautiful, the workmanship was exceptional, they cleaned up after themselves so that there were no stray nails, or shingles left behind on the lawn. I cannot say enough good things about this Company other than we won't use anyone else as long as we live in Florida. They saved me more than $5000!"
