"While I didn't think the plumber did the cleanest job installing the shower pan, it passed inspection and I think they fixed the leak just fine. I did want to say that Gary B., the service manager, was top notch the whole way through in how much he tried to help me  and how customer service oriented he was. One of the faucets wasn't installed evenly, and he sent a plumber out to fix it immediately. He also took care of all the permitting. He was a pleasure to work with and a real asset to the company. <br />"
