The windows were clear glass, diamond shape solder windows from my parents house, making them sentimental. They had several broken panes, they were originally exterior windows for their house built in 1967. Mr Lopez and his crew have them looking like new and ready to install in a new home. They look amazing! He kept us informed along the way and called when questions arose. He also cleaned up and repaired a very old square window, replacing broken panes and prepping it for us to use as an interior window. This one also looks amazing! "A representative came to the house to measure for a solar screen. I had to call the company 10 days later to let them know that I do want the screen and to please move forward with the production. They said it would be another week to 10 days; good thing I wasn't in a hurry."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "You have to pay up front before any work has been done through his website or phone app. And you pay for a set amount of hours. If it takes longer, you pay again. You don't get reimbursed if it didn't take as long as you paid for. If he has to travel to get a different part, he is on the clock for that too, even if he bought the wrong part to begin with. Seemed like he was learning a few things as he started installing some things, like the closet doors - he bought the wrong roller mechanisms and didn't know how to install a peep hole eyeglass - in fact he lost a part of the magnifier and had to go back to the store to buy another one, as well as the closet roller mechanisms - all at my expense. I do not recommend this company."
