He had to go for parts then replaced the broken pipe He was very efficient and I was very comfortable with how he explained what he was doing. Since my job involved replacing pipe he did have to wait for adhesive to bond giving him time to complete 3 other jobs as well in my area. His work ethic was outstanding and I will definitely contact him for any future projects."

"My kitchen sink wouldn't drain. Called up Genesis Plumbing Repair and they were clear on pricing and time they could show up. Once they arrived, it took maybe 10 minutes to clear out a grease clog 65ft out from my sink. They made it look easy peasy! They're also a 24 hour on call service, if you have a plumbing emergency! "I had already taken the trap off of the piping under the sink and cleaned it out, that didn't fix the clog. Since I realized the clog was somewhere in the pipes behind the wall, I knew I needed professional help. On a Friday morning, I called several places... some of which told me they couldn't get to me until the following Tuesday, others put me on hold when I called, and most were just generally unhelpful which made me decide not to use them. I saw JR Plumbing had an A rating on Angies so I thought I'd give them a try. The owner answered the phone immediately and was able to answer questions and was able to fit me into his schedule within less than 24 hrs. When he arrived he put covers on his shoes and (with no prompting from me) was respectful of my wood floors and carried his necessary equipment instead of rolling it through my house. "Jose brought a team and they began working on replacing the smoke detectors, replacing the diverter and tub stopper - which turned into a trial as the diverter was an old piece and he had to go all over town to find a replacement. He installed electrical GFCI outlets in the kitchen, two baths, one in garage and one outside - and went above and beyond by replacing the receptacle housings as well. He also found a leak behind the tub and repaired it after asking permission. the cost was very reasonable and it would have cost me three times as much with a plumber. I would use Jose again and have recommended him to my realtor and other friends. Great job!"
