"After 33 years of solid service, our central air conditioning system failed on one of the hottest nights of the summer. After spending two hot, sticky days in an extremely warm home, we scheduled appointments with several local HVAC installers to see what options they might offer us for a new system. One of their salesmen, Kevin, was at our house the same morning I submitted an online request for a consultation, and he presented my husband and me with several affordable options for our older home.
