Every part of the planning and building of our garage by the Great Garage Company was done with precision and everything was done to our specifications and at the exact time and day they said they were going to do it. Every crew they had was very good, and even explained to me what they were doing and other details while they were working. Even the city inspector told me how precise the Great Garage Company is in doing their work. We have had our garage for 6 months now and my favorite thing is hitting the button to open up the garage and walking out there into our brand new structure. "The two men arrived promptly and began working immediately. They worked 6-1/2 hours taking just a 30 minute lunch break and completed the building. We signed up at the Home and Garden Show and the company stayed in touch during the winter months. Since we decided to have a concrete pad poured we told them we would call when it was completed. We called them on Thursday and they came the following Monday. Since we had the concrete pad poured some work was not necessary and our price was reduced. They made extra effort to reinforce the base with concrete and some wooden braces on the inside. They also fixed some cosmetic issues on the exterior along the way. Our plans included rip out an existing wall and build new replacement wall to our spec. Ripped out existing cabinetry and disposed of debris. Stripped existing drywall for electrical work. Drywall installed prior to Kraftmaid Cabinets and appliances installed. Tile backsplash expertly installed. Johnson Home Improvements did all plumbing, including trenching our concrete slab floor to install a water line to the refrigerator ice maker. Provided new exhaust for Over Range Microwave.
