He is one of the most honest people out there, and he will do whatever it takes to get the job done. His crew faced extreme weather conditions and a difficult build site (very tight hillside lot) and still managed to finish two beautiful sunrooms in a reasonable time. The resultant structure is an engineering marvel that overlooks the scenic Rocky River Yacht Club Basin. The architectural lines blend perfectly with the curved eave sunrooms.
