Ultimately my claim was approved at 100%, less deductible, for replacement of the entire roof. Sunny kept in contact by phone or stopping by our house to explain the process, select the shingles & schedule the work. He handled the claim paperwork on his end. It was pretty seamless. From signing the contract to the new roof installation took about a month. The installation of the roof was accomplished in one day by a 7-man crew. Sunny supervised the delivery of the shingles & accessories as well as the final installation & cleanup. He came back the next day to further remove any stray nails from our property. Overall we are quite pleased with the job & process & couldn’t recommend him more highly."

They also were able to better secure the plumbing access panel with magnets and a handle, so it stays firmly in place and looks much better. They also replaced the bathroom fan and caulked the tub (which was not part of the original scope of work). They were punctual and worked hard to finish the repairs within the time that Josh estimated. Overall, a great experience."
