"Great product and the installers were awesome to work with. The only issue I had was that the beautiful new gutters were placed on top of 51 yr old dirty stained fascia. When I called to see what could be done the owner suggested they could come out and clean the the fascia for a fee. It got probably 85% of the nastiness out and I'm happy. Just wish I would have been given the option to clean or replace the fascia before they came out the first time. I would have opted to replace. I didn't understand that it was not part of the estimate. Overall I'm happy with them and if given the opportunity would use again"

"Michael was very responsive to my request for help. I always previously told by Homestar that the water stains I was seeing in the ceiling in a few locations was due to the ridge vents that needed to be replaced. And that I needed a new roof with a 40k estimate for the roof. Micheal showed up and advised the leaks were from nail pops and the ridge vent and shingles were all fine. He provided photos and explained more will probably pop but the best option was to replace the faulty ones for now and check for any new next year. Finally a responsive, polite professional not looking to rip people off from the get go."

He gave me a quote for the cleaning, for gutter guards in the back, and to replace the deck. Not only was he reasonable, he had his crew come and had all the work done in under four hours. The crew cleaned up all of the old boards and ran a magnet over the area to make sure no nails or screws were there to ensure my and my dog's safety.
