"I paid $800 to have my airducts and dryer vent cleaned. It was a TERRIBLE experience. - There was dust and debris all over my home. - They broke my dryer vent - My vents were filthy following the cleaning - My family started feeling ill after the service and I decided to have another company review. They confirmed that the work was not completed correctly and that Stanley Steemer simply stirred up the dirt in my system. (Made complete sense since there was extreme levels of dirt and debris all over my home) In addition to their terrible work, the technicians left my HVAC filter lying on the ground & failed to turn my condenser back on following the service. They also left my system on 62 degrees. With temperatures in the 90's my home became very hot & I was under the impression that my system was damage and called a HVAC tech. They confirmed that the tech never turned on my compressor. I reached out to the company for a PARTIAL refund and they declined. Their only solution was for me to allow them back in to my home to finish the work. This company will NEVER be allowed to work in my home again."

"Len Villarose, the owner, was very prompt, dependable, and knowledgeable. and got the job done ASAP. He was also very friendly. The young men he sent were also very pleasant, accommodating, and professional. The did a very good job with the floors in each bathroom, and mostly OK in the shower stall. The stall shower floor required extensive re-grout and look good afterwards. However, the stall shower walls are so-so, mostly looking good, but with some areas where grout is uneven or not cleaned up. Oictures of the bathroom and shower floor show the good work, and photos of the walls show the deficiencies. Although I rate them A in all but one category, the one B is for quality, and that is most important for me- so B, overall."

There was barely a speck of dust in the house. Amazing, considering they sanded down the whole upstairs and 3 rooms in the first floor. Attention to detail amazing. Very well priced. If you need hardwoods done, call them they are really the best. I have used them for air duct cleaning as well and had the same excellent service."
