"Joe Kincaid was a pleasure to work with and made several great suggestions to save us money. He and his entire team were organized, professional, and punctual. Kincaid made a project that for us was rather large and complicated, easy and almost effortless. The finished guest house is beautiful! We also had a new counter and cabinet installed in the main house with a new dishwasher installation. "We hired Sam and his professional team to remodel our master bathroom, guest bathroom, remove some lighting and to install recessed lights in the kitchen. We are very pleased with the work they did! All the bathrooms are gorgeous and the recessed lights are perfect. Sam and the crew worked at the house every day until the remodeling was completed. They worked very professionally and efficient. Definitely perfect craftsmanship. Sam was also easy person to work and talk with, very comit man to all of our requests. We’ve absolutely found our contractor!"

"The price was slightly high. At first, his responsiveness was an A then he went to an F and he went back to an A. I had to call him again and he hadn't returned calls for a couple of days. He calls me Sir all the time. He's very respectful and very careful about putting towels on the ladder so it wouldn't damage the stucco. He didn't damage any plants and any sprinklers. They were very cautious about my personal property. I would go back. He's better than some other painters. He did the job and they came unresponsive after that. He understood wood, paint, coatings and application. He's very good that way."

"Mark met me at a consignment store in Palm Springs to look at a table I was considering buying. The edges were coming apart from the center of the table and I wanted to be sure it could be repaired before I bought it. Mark said he could fix it and loaded it in his van. We agreed on a price of $425 including delivery. He had the table for a couple weeks and called and told us he was still working on it, getting the scratches out and mentioned that gluing it was difficult because of the modern angles but he figured it out. He also said he took care of the 2 chips. We were excited when he brought the table and we saw what looked like a brand new, super glossy modern table. He did beautiful work. Our only complaint was that he requested an additional $150 for labor and that was not agreed on up front. We paid the extra because he did do an excellent job but would have appreciated a "heads up". All in all we would recommend Museum Quality Furniture. We are very satisfied.
