"I had 3 projects that were needed for my property. A new roof, mold remediation and reconstruction, and fencing. I took the offer from NewHaus Construction for this entire process. They were a one-stop shop for me, which made it easy, no juggling different contractors. My project manager, Kahlid, was awesome. He listened to the story, and reassured me it could be done and not cost me a bazillion dollars. First part was the roof. He showed me great materials, Owens Corning shingles and it's a 50-year roof! They had to completely redo the entire roof, including decking due to rot and they even found the financing for me. They are doing the rebuild now on the inside and even working on accessibility since I'm in a wheelchair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NewHaus and Kahlid to do any construction work, they're reliable and very good to work with. "

When the job is finished and you are not satisfied and ask him to honor his warranty and fix the problem, he becomes defensive, sarcastic and rude taking no ownership in his poor workmanship. He does not honor his "workmanship" warranty even when home inspectors and other professionals identify specific issues with his work...unless your roof is physically leaking. I had to call his office several times to get someone back out to my house to fix other issues, including rotted decking under new shingles his company installed and unfinished work. Run from this business! Read the complaints with the BBB and google the lawsuits filed against his company."
