"Firstly, this review is two years after the fact because both spouses thought that the other spouse had posted a review! (I know!...our apologies!) Workers were always punctual, good-natured, and respectful of our property. The project was a tear-off of a porch tar roof and replace with metal roofing. Also, the second-floor surrounding wood shakes were replaced with siding that resembled wood shakes. Rotted wood soffit was replaced, painted and matched to existing soffit. A spotlight was replaced in that same area. The leaking roof had brought down plaster inside the house; the ceiling was patched and painted to match the existing ceiling.
